and review Commercial Property Subscription Agreements, Property
Sale Contracts, Sale Agency Agreement and Lease Agreement;
--to assist buyers (lessees) in ascertaining legality of real estate
projects, preparing legal opinions; drafting and reviewing sale contracts,
supplementary agreements and tenancy agreements, participating in
negotiations and applying for Certificate of Property Ownership and
Certificate of Land Use Right of State-owned land;
--to answer inquires of clients and give legal advice and legal opinions.
