The Firm has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property rights, and has been working closely with intellectual property rights institutions and associations in China. Having long experience in the practice of protection of intellectual property rights since 1985 when Chinese Patent Law was published, our lawyers in the IP department have dealt with thousands of cases in the field. We are able to provide our clients in China or aboard with full and efficient legal services to meet global market requirement in the IP fields.
--Patent: to provide our clients with a variety of patent consultancy and services, mainly in the areas of patent invalidation and litigation, patent application, technology transfer and patent licensing in China. We also provide assistance to our clients for patent applications in other countries and areas such as Korea, Hong Kong, Macao and Tai Wan, and for filing international patent applications with PCT.
If required, we will assist them in designing proper patent strategies.
--Trademark: to assist our clients by providing with full-scale services of trademark protection in China and abroad, including trademark registration, objection, review and litigation of infringement. In addition, we provide our clients with legal services for brand strategies.
--Copyright: to provide assistance in registration of copyrights and consultancy service in China and other countries, including legal advice and litigation under the Berne Convention and other international treaties.
--Anti-counterfeit: to provide legal service of anti-counterfeit and protection of copyright. The Senior Lawyer
Mr. Liu Xiaofei Mr. Liu is a partner of the Firm, and also a trademark agent and an enrollment agent of enterprise. In 2002, Lawyer Liu Xiaofei was appointed as IP appraisal expert by Beijing Jiuzhou Shichu IP Appraisal Center. Mr. Liu specialize in trademark, copyright, patent, anti-unfair competition, trade secrets, domain name registration and other related matters. He has provided legal service for more than one thousand famous companies and enterprises, and gets trust and recognition from the clients. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Liu Xiaofei had worked in Beijing Industrial & Commercial Administration Management Bureau for several years, having participating in drafting many laws and regulations about IP. Lawyer Liu Xiaofei graduated from Law School of Renmin University of China with Master of Law.
Ms. Huang Guilin Ms. Huang Guilin specializes in trademark, copyright, patent, anti-unfair competition, trade secrets, domain name registration and other related matters. She is also a senior member of China Intellectual Property Rights Research Association. She is able to provide IP legal service in China and other countries, including legal advice and litigation under the Berne Convention and other international treaties. Ms. Huang had worked in Trademark Bureau of National Industrial & Commercial Administration Management General Bureau for several years before she joined the Firm. She graduated from Toronto University of Canada with Master of Law. She is majoring in Intellectual Property. Her working language: English and Mandarin.
