The Partners’ Management Committee is the governing body of the Firm, which is composed of all partners. It has the right to decide all of the important matters concerning the firm’s business.

The Firm sets up eight departments, namely Real Estate Department, Finance Department, Corporation Deportment, Intellectual Property Rights Department, Securities and Futures Department, Foreign Direct Investment Department, Anti-dumping Department and Litigation & Arbitration Department. In order to strengthen the legal service of intellectual property right, the Firm also sets up Beijing Guolian Xingye Intellectual Property Rights Agency Co., Ltd. on the basis of Intellectual Property Rights Department. Every department is composed of lawyers with rich experience.

To improve the quality of legal service, the Firm sets up Legal Consultant Committee, the members of which are all experts of law. The experts and the lawyers of the Firm hold regular research meetings, so that the lawyers can easily get knowledge and information to provide better legal service to our clients.
